Thank you 2019

I was going to call this post “Best of 2019” but more than show you my favorite images from the year I want to use this space to say Thank You to every last one of you that support me. You mean the world to me. Thank you to everyone who asked me to capture these fleeting moments. Thank you for your continued faith in me – and thank you for bringing me awesome ideas and locations that keep me loving this business.

This year I did something that I have always been afraid of but turned out to be 100% fine. I shot my entire wedding season while pregnant with our daughter. With the exception of a few weeks of smell aversions and a brand new wardrobe struggle I mercifully wasn’t as sick as I’d always worried I would be. I sailed through another wedding season and soaked up every last champagne toast and tearful hug with a smile on my face and an emergency snack in my pocket. 🙂

I imagine that next year will be a different pace with our new family member due in February. However, I am looking forward to a new year and the perspective having my own baby will bring to my work and my style.

I can’t say Thank you enough to those of you that have joined me on this journey for the last 7 years. Your facebook messages and reviews were the support and encouragement that pushed me forward into this career and its been a so special create the images that will hang on your walls and live in your photo albums for generations.
